Christian Byers

Australian actor Christian Byers debuted as a child star with a pair of roles, tackled before the age of 13, in two of the more interesting family-oriented productions of the mid- to late 2000s. He starred in the gentle coming-of-age drama December Boys (2006) as one of a group of four orphans who experience conflict and dissension upon learning that one of them is about to be adopted. Byers also signed for one of the leads in the charming Aussie fantasy Opal Dream, as a determined young boy who embarks on a perilous quest to locate his ailing sister's imaginary friends. ~ Nathan Southern, All Movie Guide
