The {@1C Company} was founded in 1991, entered the gaming business in 1996. It has since established business relationships with a number of prominent developing and publishing companies, while also creating games of its own. The company distributes and publishes games from over 30 Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Czech, and Polish independent development studios, including {@SoftLab-NSK}, {@Nival Interactive}, and {@Maddox Games}. {@1C} also publishes and distributes European editions of games from international companies such as {@Activision}, {@Atari}, {@CDV}, {@Codemasters}, {@Take 2}, {@THQ}, {@Ubisoft}, and {@Vivendi}.
